Steak with Argentinean spicy sauce

From Z grills customers, We know that this famous sauce from Argentina is made with parsley, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar and olive oil. It’s  very quickly  made just need 5 mins, and that will take your next steak dinner up to a whole new level!


Whether used as a marinade or as a sauce, a  Argentina spicy sauce complements almost any grilled fish, chicken, or meat.

Ingredients

350 g flank steak

200 ml olive oil

30 ml white wine vinegar

3 shallots

2 cloves garlic

100 g parsley

50 g oregano

50 g coriander

1 red pepper

1 lime

2 sprigs rosemary

2 sprigs thyme

1 tsp sugar

salt

pepper

Olive oil for brushing

Knife ,Chopping Board ,Z Grills smoker ,Food Processor ,Brush ,Barbecue Tongs

3 shallots ,2 cloves garlic ,1 red pepper 1 lime

Knife, cutting board, Z pellet grills

Preheat the Z Grills pellet grill. 

Cut the shallots into quarters and smash the garlic. Remove the red pepper seeds and squeeze the lime juice.

100 g parsley ,50 g oregano ,50 g parsley ,200 ml olive oil ,30 ml white wine vinegar ,1 teaspoon sugar, salt and pepper.


Use Food processor


To make Argentine chili sauce: Put parsley, oregano, coriander, onion, garlic, red pepper, lime juice, olive oil and vinegar in a food processor and mash into a purée. Season with sugar, salt and pepper.

350g flank steak, 2 sprigs rosemary, 2 sprigs thyme, salt ,pepper ,olive oil


Z Grills pellet grill, brush , grill tongs


Brush the steak with olive oil, use Z Grills season with salt and pepper, and bake each side for 1-2 minutes. Place rosemary and thyme on the steak, and grill the steak indirectly for about 10 minutes. Serve with Argentine spicy sauce and fresh summer salad. You can enjoy it at this weekend.
